HOST/SUBSIDARY WORKING
Is the term used when one or even a number of key systems may be routed off the main PBX so that an individual or department may have the functionality offered by the key system. This is also known as piggybacking.

HOTEL PACKAGES
Hotel packages can be programmed into some telephone systems specifically to meet the needs of hotels such as charging for calls from individual rooms, wake up calls and room status. With some systems it is possible to interface the telephone with the hotel’s computer to give increased functionality.

HYBRID
