Understanding your requirements
  • Initially, one of our senior consultants will arrange to visit you to get an accurate understanding of your needs, so that the right solution is proposed for you.
  • Your consultant will listen very carefully to your requirements and take the time to ensure they understand the key elements of your business.
  • You'll be professionally guided through the Telecoms minefield so you get jargon free, straightforward information that enables you to choose a system that is right for your business.
  • Using our experience, we will be able to make suggestions you may not have considered that could enable you to further streamline your operation and improve efficiency.
 
Creating a tailor made solution
  • Having gathered all this information, we'll match your requirements to the right solution for you. You will receive a proposal that will explain our recommendations and will detail why we believe our recommendations are right for your business.
  • The proposal will also show you how the Integra ICT back up service ensures your system continues to be the right one for your business well into the future. We'll then arrange a mutually convenient time for your consultant to sit down and go through the proposal with you in easy to understand, jargon free terms
  • The purpose of this is to ensure that you fully understand the solution we're proposing and that you can see how it specifically addresses the needs of your business. That way, you can be sure you are choosing the right system both for now and the future.
  • And you can be sure you are going to get the back up you need to ensure it remains the right choice. It also provides a further opportunity to answer any additional questions you may have and for us to fine-tune your proposal if necessary.
 
Provide a full system demonstration
  • If it's helpful, we'll arrange a comprehensive demonstration of your new system for you. This can be on site, or you can visit our showroom facility at our Sandy office.
  • What's more you can be assured that we'll not pressure you to make a decision at any stage and we only expect you to proceed when you are totally happy with everything proposed.
  • All in all, we want you to be sure that Integra ICT will deliver the right solution for your company.
  • When you place your order with us you can relax because we'll manage your entire project. You'll have a single point of contact with one of our account managers... their job is to ensure the entire installation runs smoothly, with minimum disruption to your business.
  • You'll be working with a BSI registered firm whose engineers are constantly re-trained to ensure you get the very best possible service. All the components of your new system will be fully tested, programmed and labelled before they arrive on site ensuring a smooth changeover and reducing the time we spend on your premises.
 
Retain a continued relationship
  • We want you to get the maximum benefit from your new investment.
  • To achieve this for you we carry out a planned three-stage training programme with you and your team. All your users will be given an easy to follow crib sheet as well as a comprehensive but easy to use manual on your initial basic training session.
  • This will be followed up by two additional training sessions at pre-arranged intervals to help your team refresh their memories, increase their knowledge and get the maximum from your system.
  • And as a maintenance client you'll also have unlimited use of our Help Line should you ever need any further assistance.
 
Dedicate you an account manager
  • You'll be appointed an account manager who will be there to help you with any aspect of your new telephone system, as well as keeping you aware of any changes in the industry, which may impact on you and your business.
