Call Centre Your support call is tracked on our Management Information System from beginning to end. It is routed to our technical help desk to deal with requests in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring minimum down time and accurate technical advice. Management Reports From our Reporting Suite we can offer you detailed analysis of our performance delivery, from accurate response, fix times and up times to symptom, cause and analysis reports. This is available to all our clients and we are confident that it demonstrates our excellent service performance Technical Laboratory We have made a considerable financial investment in setting up a technical laboratory which enables our in-house technical support team to set up, replicate and test systems and applications. Warehouse Our warehouse contains most of the parts required to keep your system up and running but should we not have it on our shelves we are backed up by a same day/next day delivery service from our manufacturing partners.
